Stevia (Sugar
Plant, Sugarleaf) Stevia rebaudiana - Perennial - Culinary - This pretty
little foliage plant is the perfect alternative to refined sugar or artificial
sweeteners. Contains steviocides - compounds that are loads sweeter
than sugar, but contain no calories. Dried leaves can be pulverized
into a powder and used in the same manner as granular sugar. Doesn't
leave a bitter aftertaste.
