Chinese Senega (Yuan zhi, Siberian milkwort) - Polygala tenufolia - Perennial - Medicinal - Feathery foliage and tiny white flowers. The roots are dried and ground and used to treat coughs, bronchitis and asthma. The Chinese attribute to it the ability to calm the spirit and open the flow of chi to the heart, thus it is used to treat anxiety and poor memory. Full sun or partial shade; plant height: 10in.
