Lynwood Gold Forsythia intermedia  Lynwood Gold Forsythia - Forsythia intermedia - These pretty shrubs with their bright yellow blooms on long, drooping branches are the heralds of spring.  Makes a lovely hedge, but make certain to prune after blooming, as next year's blooms appear on this year's growth.  Hardy to -30F (034.4C);  height: 8ft.
